Brooklyn born, Brooklyn bold, our Medium Salsa is a nod to our adopted hometown.

Oven-roasted tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and cumin combined with flame-roasted peppers for a bold & smoky charred flavor. Finished with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar & blend to a balanced, flavorful salsa. We aim for flavor over heat & the Brooklyn is our best selling blend - perfectly medium - enough to feel a kick but not to overwhelm your meal.

Not runny like hot sauce, not chunky like some other salsas, but instead perfectly minced for dipping or dressing on other dishes.

We offer a flat rate fee for select states within 1-day shipping range of our kitchen in Brooklyn, further west, customers will be offered 2-Day shipping rates determined by UPS. Our merch can ship in any quantity.

Crafted in small batches with produce picked at the peak of ripeness, all Jalapa Jar’s recipe starts with Roma tomatoes that are blended with jalapeños and red peppers and then roasted over an open flame to lock in that signature fire-roasted flavor. We preserve our freshness in every jar with real lime juice, not artificial chemicals.
