Fresh strawberries, reduced down with a touch of sugar to enhance their sweetness, blended together with tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and cumin combined with flame-roasted jalapenos & serrano peppers for a bold & smoky charred flavor. Finished with fresh cilantro, lime juice and salt, it's a sweet & spicy, but balanced & flavorful salsa.

Not runny like hot sauce, not chunky like some other salsas, but instead perfectly minced for dipping or dressing on other dishes.

Crafted in small batches with produce picked at the peak of ripeness, all Jalapa Jar’s recipe starts with Roma tomatoes that are blended with jalapeños and red peppers and then roasted over an open flame to lock in that signature fire-roasted flavor. We preserve our freshness in every jar with real lime juice, not artificial chemicals.
